Communication Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. repudiated the statement and denied the allegations, defending PNoy being ruthless to enemies.
“We respect the flow of opinions, whether they are for or against the government. We respond using reason. The administration is always open to discussions,” Coloma said.
The critisism started along with the investigation of the corruption against Vice President Jejomar Binay. The dean slammed the hypocrisy of the investigation, emphasizing that the probe themselves has benefited to the corruption.
“It is this attempt at railroading the results of the 2016 election that I most detest, and that will be true whether the candidate is Binay or Pokwang or Aling Dionesia,” the dean has said.
